Once again! After a the successful vlog-project in 2018 we did it again - the 8-day live reporting on twitter from the Microsoft Ignite 2019 in Orlando/Florida.

I joined them boys from anynode/TE-SYSTEMS on their tour to the U.S. in order to do a live diary from the yearly Microsoft Conference where the company has signed as exhibitor.

The goal was to create a continuous flow of sustainable information throughout the days of the conference about the software “anynode” and to combine it with casual-lifestyle-like content so to built a maximum of attention and awareness in the community.

The focus was set on to talk about the features of the new software version 3.20 and to present the Team of TE-SYSTEMS in order to show who’s behind the company to make it easier to get in touch with the clients.

It was important to create a holistic look throughout every media that was used. So I created a basic appearance that was based on the corporate design of anynode and transferred it to different media forms:

campaign elements
business cards
flyer
facts & figures tweets
diary clips
team clips
exhibition booth

One of the most important instruments that was used has been different kind of video-clips that we tweeted during our stay at the conference. On the one hand diary-like clips about getting to the U.S., setting up the booth, enjoying some free time, conference impressions and so on. On the other hand clips with some general information about anynode and the team.

The main communications was held on twitter because of the fact that the microsoft community is very active there.

After some weeks of preparation the work on site was consisted of live producing in time and to publish it directly on twitter.
